bdfast Terms & Conditions

Access to and use of the bdfast Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bdfast operates a strict minimum age policy. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to register an account, deposit funds, place wagers, or participate in any promotional activity on the Platform, regardless of applicable local law.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not as a representative or agent of any business, organisation, or third party.
• You are not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, and you are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You have not been self-excluded from the bdfast Platform or from any other online gambling platform through a national self-exclusion scheme that is enforceable against bdfast.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any third party. All wagers must be placed using your own registered payment methods and personal funds only.
• You are of sound mind and are not suffering from a gambling disorder or addiction that renders you unable to make informed decisions about your use of the Platform.

bdfast reserves the right to request identity documents or other verification materials from any User at any time to confirm ongoing eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification or permanent closure at bdfast's discretion.

Age Verification Process: All new accounts are subject to an automated age check at registration. Prior to the processing of any withdrawal request, Users must complete the full KYC process, which includes the submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National ID Card, Passport, or Driver's Licence) and confirmation of date of birth. Accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

To access the full range of services available on the bdfast Platform, including depositing funds, placing wagers, and withdrawing winnings, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible individuals as defined in Section 3 of these Terms.

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bdfast Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, device identifiers, payment methods, or personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bdfast reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or historical bets placed across those accounts, and forfeit any balances, including bonuses and winnings, without prior notice.

Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and to keep that information current throughout the lifetime of your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Any material inaccuracy in the information you provide — including the use of false identification documents — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdfast username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bdfast will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account while you are logged in — or through any session initiated using your credentials — will be deemed to have been conducted by you and you will be fully liable for it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdfast support immediately.

Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your bdfast account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receipt of a closure request, bdfast will process any pending withdrawal of your verified real-money balance to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, provided that KYC verification has been completed. Any unconverted bonus funds will be removed from your account upon closure. Suspension or Closure by bdfast

bdfast reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected or confirmed underage gambling.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional mechanics.
• Use of prohibited software or engagement in prohibited activities as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an account is closed by bdfast due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be forfeited in part or in full depending on the nature of the breach, at bdfast's discretion. Where no breach has occurred and the closure is for operational or regulatory reasons, bdfast will return the verified real-money balance to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. bdfast reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳150 to dormant accounts once the dormancy threshold has been reached, applied against any remaining real-money balance. Prior to applying this fee, bdfast will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder at the registered email address. The dormancy fee will not reduce any account balance below zero.
